Gertrude Bell Archive
The Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies, in collaboration with the Special Collections department at the University of Exeter, co-curated the exhibition Challenging Legacies: the Kingdom of Iraq and Gertrude Bell with Newcastle University Archives and Special Collections, which hosts the archive of explorer, writer, archaeologist, and colonial diplomat Gertrude Bell (1868 – 1926).
Nashriyah: Iranian Digital History
Hosted at Manchester University Library, the Nashriyah digitisation project contains over 12,000 pages of rare Iranian newspapers and other publications, from the 1950s through to the early 2000s.
